 Aishwarya Mishra is a multidisciplinary researcher with extensive expertise in radiochemistry, nanomedicine, and preclinical imaging. Currently, a Postdoctoral Fellow at National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial College London working on RNA therapeutics and developing of heart on a chip models for applications in cardiac diseases. Previously, a postdoctoral researcher at King’s College London, his work specialized in cell tracking and radiolabeling, applying his skills to advance medical imaging and therapeutic strategies. With a PhD in Smart Medical Imaging from King’s College London and Imperial College London, Aishwarya has led multiple collaborative projects focused on novel imaging techniques using SPECT, PET, and other modalities, alongside nanomedicine and drug delivery to the brain. His research spans across synthetic chemistry, animal models, and advanced imaging technologies, contributing significantly to the field of preclinical research and its clinical applications. A passionate advocate for STEM outreach, Aishwarya is also actively involved in mentoring, public engagement, and professional committees. His accomplishments include several prestigious awards and grants, including the WMIS Postdoctoral DEI Fellowship Award and King's College London Research Management Award.
